d\u2019adresser les demandes d\u2019urbanisme en version imprim\u00e9e, soit \u00e0 d\u00e9poser contre r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9 en mairie, soit \u00e0 envoyer par pli recommand\u00e9 avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Toute demande doit \u00eatre conforme aux r\u00e8gles du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ville-publier.fr\/plu\/\">plan local d\u2019urbanisme (PLU)<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quel type d\u2019autorisation pour quel type de projet ?<\/span><\/i><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable (DP)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (si emprise au sol inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20 m\u00b2) : changement de fen\u00eatre, de volet, de porte, installation d\u2019une fen\u00eatre de toit, travaux sur la toiture, construction d\u2019une v\u00e9randa ou d\u2019un garage, construction d\u2019une pergola ou d\u2019un carport, construction d\u2019une terrasse, construction d\u2019une cave, am\u00e9nagement des combles, transformation d\u2019un garage en chambre, agrandissement\/sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation, pose de bo\u00eetier de climatisation ou de pompe \u00e0 chaleur, ravalement de fa\u00e7ade, installation d\u2019une serre, mur et cl\u00f4ture, pose de panneaux solaires, installation d\u2019une piscine, construction d\u2019un abri de jardin, cabane de chantier, installation d\u2019une caravane dans un jardin, changement de destination.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
